Every customer can get 2 cans of soft drinks for free.

Booking Schedule:

• To make any appointment, please contact us at 2688 5258 or send your contact information to [email protected]
• Please specify the date and the number of participants in the e-mail. An e-mail reply will be sent to you for confirmation afterward.
  Once the reservation is confirmed, we will not accept any withdrawal. Otherwise, we may cancel the booking.
• Please send back the deposit receipt either by e-mail or fax after depositing money.
  We will contact participants again 3 days before the departure.

Important Notices:

• Changes cannot be made after confirmation. Request of changing the date of boating will not be accepted and the original appointment will be cancelled immediately. All the deposit will not be refunded.
• As general, the event will be cancelled when the typhoon signal No. 3 or above or the red rainstorm warning signal is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory 2 hours prior to the departure. Yet, customers with the receipt can rearrange the date for boating within 3 months.
• In order to maintain better connection, please leave us at least 2 to 3 contact persons for each event.
• You must arrive 30 minutes earlier prior to the scheduled departure time.
• You are recommended to bring along the deposit receipt when boating. (You will be asked to show your ID card for further checking if there is no receipt.) Late arrivals will not be allowed to board.
• Please note that the payment remains non-refundable in case of death and withdrawal.
• Customers should be careful of their own safety and personal belongings. Our company is not responsible for any injuries and loss.
• Boat House Grouping reserves the right to make amendment to its policies and make final decision.
